Heads up: new Building Regulations require a system-water test at every boiler service. If your water needs a chemical top-up, it’s normally £25—but if you’re on our Cosy Plan, we’ll cover that cost for you.
Your main service is required every five years (six to nine years for Worcester Bosch models), takes 2–3 hours and includes all serviceable parts, gaskets, seals and electrodes plus a full chemical test and inhibitor re-dose. Priced from £300 depending on your boiler, this comprehensive check keeps your system safe, efficient and under warranty. If you’re on our Cosy Plan, your monthly payment covers the entire service, including parts, chemicals and labour, so you never pay a penny extra.
